Default Sony/PC Richard.com National Open

For anyone that will be attending the Sony/PC Richard.com National Open in Div1 there will be a combo race for STK/SS and CIC race.
The rules are as follow for the CIC race.

CIC will be based on current NHRA CIC policy -- .510 under your index will adjust your index for the next round. For Example, Racer X runs 9.000 on a 10.000 index; Index for round 2 will be adjusted as follows -- (10.00 - 9.000 = 1.00 under index. Subtract .51 from 1.00 = .49 -- (Subtract .49 from original index -- Index would be 9.51 for next round.). It is the racer’s responsibility to know what his and his opponent’s index should be for all rounds of eliminations. In a situation where both vehicles are in the same class, the race will be conducted on a heads-up basis.
