Hello People.........
If a forecast has 10% , 20%, 50%, or even 80%, it means that there is that percent CHANCE of rain. If it rains for just 10 seconds, it has fulfilled the percent predicted whether it be 10% or 80%.. So if 10% is predicted and it rains all day the prediction is accurate just as if it was predicted 80% but rained only 5 minutes. So you all need to get your heads out of the clouds and understand what "chance of rain" means. There has been only one weatherman in history who was always right in his predictions, and that was Les Nessman of WKRP in Cincinnati. Wish I was there but can't be.Good luck to all.
