Default Radial Slicks Moving On Rim

I have 20 - 25 passes on our new Hoosier Radial Slicks (9x30) mounted on 8" wide Cragar Superlights. The slicks move about a 1/2" after about 5 passes. The Driver's side is the worse. I rotate them to try & re-index, but of course that's not going to work. The rim bead/tire bead were cleaned with acetone & mounted dry on the 1st 10 runs.

Next, I broke the beads clean them again. Then I glued them using 3M black weatherstrip adhesive. They are still moving on the rims. I don't know what to do & don't want bead lock rims.

The car weighs 3100 lbs. with driver. It has a pump gas 434 Chevy 630 hp/600 ft. lbs. torque. 5800 stall, 1.76 glide & 4.10 rear. Runs 10.0s - 10.40 depending on tune & track with mid-high 1.4 60's.

Would like to here some suggestions.
