Motor won't start after 2nd rd?

Ignition switch is a good place to start.
If you have an old style MSD triangular style that is oil filled you might want to check to see if it still has any oil in it .
I had one that was nearly empty that gave similar problems and have seen at least two others with the same problem.
It seems to be more common if the coil is in the engine compartment.
