A: They must be mounted inside the car.

Maybe someone else will chime in but I was looking at pics from the US Nationals and I see quite a few stockers with the fuel pressure on the outside of the hood cowl area. If I remember Fletchers iconic stocker has been this way forever?? Is this something new??
