Default Cooling a supercharged car

I'm curious and couldn't think of a better place to ask than right here on Class Racer, but what, if any, changes are you guys with supercharged factory cars making to the cooling system? The "traditional" method of cooling in Stock/SS is some sort of electric water pump and fan setup that's independent of the engine, but I see in the manufacturer's specifications that all the cars (save for the 2016 CJ, which now has an electric pump) have engine driven water pumps.

How well do they cool from the factory? How do you keep the temperature consistent? Are aftermarket water pumps and fans common or are the majority sticking with the stock setup?
