Personally I think the first racers to be able to enter a national event should be the racers in the home division of that race no matter how many grade points. There is no good reason to have someone travel thousands of miles from a remote division take the place that a local racer would like to have. We only have 3 nationals less than 10 hours from home since losing the sportsnationals in Belle Rose (that includes Atlanta).
