He has huge crowds around the car for the same reason Caitlin Jenner has huge crowds around him/her, Idiot Americans LOVE celebrity, whether it's actually earned or not. You could put ****ing Honey Boo-Boo in a ProMod car at Indy, and she'd outdraw every other racer there. And 70 percent of the "fans" around her and her car wouldn't even be able to tell you what ProMod is.
