The "non-clickable" poll was a lot of work and baited out of Division problem children... On some forums you can set a poll to only accept one vote per user. Don't know about CR.

Too many no name non Racing agenda minded people on here period . Our Div Rep absolutely won't come on this site specifically because of that reason and I don't blame him one bit.
