Thanks all, knowing I can bring some of the action to everyone, makes it all worth while.

Here are some actions photos from the semi's and the finals. It was hot, about 90, but it was a great time with great racing. The place was packed, the parking lot was jammed and people everywhere.

An interesting note on the Super Stock win. Obviously everyone knows that was Dan Fletcher's Camaro that Timothy was driving. Dan's Camaro was his dad's and only three people have ever one in the Camaro, Dan's dad, Dan, and now Dan's son. To say it was a little emotional would be and understatement for the winningest car in NHRA history.

Stock was pretty cool also. Peter and wife Emily just had a baby girl and along with there 3 year old son everyone was there to watch Peters win. Sam, Peter's dad and long time friend and partner Phil Monteith were also there. Racing is so much a family sport, making wins like this so memorable.
