Anyone recognize this Dodge?

Alex,

Denny Sanders has a similar car (painted white) that he's been racing since about a week after the landing of the Noah's Ark. It's similar but not the same car. This '64 passed through Paul Wong's hands and he has been asked questions about it's origin. As i mentioned, the name "Ron Young" has been raised but neither of us can remember him either so it's still a dead end. This may be a lost lineage but such enigmas are interesting to pursue. Thanks for your suggestion.
