Yes it does and if NHRA doesn't keep it's hands off of FS then soon the F will mean failing like their other "factory" class, Pro Stock.

If you do have a pocketbook and want to keep some of it while you're running this class then contact your favorite NHRA official and ask them to leave it alone!
