Coleydog Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2014 Posts: 572 Likes: 39 Liked 53 Times in 38 Posts	Re: Wheel Studs Quite a difference between 1/2 & 5/8, Proof load for grade 2-5-8 for 1/2 stud = 8800-13600-19200 For 5/8 stud = 14100-21800-30700, a good 30% + - stronger across the board I always heard not to use the grade 8 because it's to hard & brittle, use grade 5. Not sure what they use from Strange or Moser.
