This was just posted on the D3 Facebook page:

Attention all NHRA racers attempting to enter OR withdrawal from Topeka Heartland Nationals. We are aware our registration system is unavailable and we are working diligently to get back online for you as soon as possible.
All requested withdrawals will be accepted and honored when systems are back on. And will not require any additional follow up.

All other correspondence will receive a response as soon as we are back online.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get back to you as soon as possible!
