GALOT has coils which are within the concrete surface of the track which allows management the ability to control the temperature of the racing surface. During the summer months they can cool the concrete and in cooler months warm the surface to improve the bite. Also, the seating at the track was purchased from Daytona International Speedway. You’ll note the grandstand seats all have seat backs and fairly comfy. Finally, the tower contains an air conditioned media area for any reporters who may attend to cover an event.
