My opinion I would not use the limiters to adjust rise. By doing this your take away the travel of the shocks to help settle the car or the shock will not have enough travel when coming down to compress and will unsettle car or unload tires. I have 83 Monte and started adding weight to the front. I'm a dot tire and have added 40 lbs up front with good results. I was turning on NOS at .3 seconds out and the car would go a little to high and lose some ET plus 3 wheelie bounces after coming down. With the 40 lbs I'm now .15 seconds out and the wheelie is nice and 1 bounce after coming down. I have about 4 1/2 inches of travel. Single adjustables though so my shock settings won't help you. I'm surprised at how stiff your setting is though.
