I'm with Danny, I think the first thing to do would be to get one and send it to Wesley Roberson to see if he thinks that NHRA would even consider allowing it, I'm guessing with how little marking and documentation is on them, they won't (that's pretty much confirmed). It wouldn't hurt to expose one to some race fuel, they may dissolve, considering what I've seen of the chinese Amazon stuff. Just FYI, folks, after talking to a couple of people, I would waste neither time nor money on the chinese carburetors, it's a dead end.
