Most of the edelbrock victor series manifolds are pretty good,but the peice you have now has taken a lot of super stockes to vitory.You could try extending the runners a small amount into the plenum,but if I were you I would think about a lot more cam,that would do wonders for you that no intake could come close to,besides a sheetmetal of course.We have a lot of old super stocker cams that are pretty close to what you have in duration,but about a .100 more lift that are peices we tested on the dyno and were maybe 2-4 horsepower down,if you are interested I could give you a good deal on one.I'm not trying to sell you anything,just trying to help out.I'm sure there are plenty of other big block guys that have the same thing if you know any super stock big block guys in your area.
