Colorful,

You don't need his rabbit's foot, you need Dave and Eddie to go along with the motor...

Mr Colorful (S/G 37)
Tell me about these fellows, Dave and Eddie. Are they like Coil and Fedderly? Whipple and McCulloch?
Pulde and Hamby? Candies and Hughes? Kleinweber and Hughes?
Time for you tell all. Almost ALL..................

See you at the races,
Wayne Kerr

Now you guys are getting personal......When you can just drive the car.....not dial it...not clean it...the driver can concentrate on driving....and BS ing....of course

I have been very fortunate to have a couple of guys that really love this stuff....and are really really good at it.....Dave dials with data and experience...and he's one of the best....I just screw it up most of the time...

Anyway....Eddie A. did a great job in Super Gas this past year....a couple of breaks and his number would have been much lower.....he wasn't lucky......I think guys are not looking forward to racing him....I know I'm not....

you can tell I have been on the ss forum.....I'm way too serious...

I can't even post over there.......thank God I'm not running in stock with a blower.....I'd have to hire a bodyguard.....

also one of the stock guys made a reference to the super class racers not being good enough to be in stock so we race super gas...like it was a lesser class.....whats he smoking....and he was racing in G/S.......

its another world....

Just goes to show you what a little speed does for a super gas car.....it has given Eddie confidence....and that usually means winning.....

What can i say, 2008 was not a very good year for me, money was tight, me and my wife had a baby girl, i lost my best friend in a motorcycle accident, that is just some of the things i had going on. I had a lot of **** on my mind. The two races i showed up at went -.004 RED in the 1st round, and then i lost by .001 in the 2nd round at the other race, and i do not race IHRA but once in a blue moon. I am going to stop posting on this thread because i know that i am a excellant driver and will line up next to any of yall any day. That is all i am going to say any more on this thread.

Loosen up Travis.....Excellent drivers lose all the time...you don't need to tell us........showing us is the way to do it....nobody cares you took 6 thou with a 00 light and still lost....you still lost...no different than if you took a train length and lost...or a redlight and lost...it takes a lot to be a great driver...and one of those things is being able to go to the races....its all part of it..but being able to race may be the biggest hurdle this season....as the economy is not good....

if anybody on here said they were a great driver.....they would get the same response we gave you....we are all just having fun....

when you win....we will be the first to congratulate you.....

don't worry.... everybody is watching....

sorry about your tough year.....maybe 09 will be better for you....

Very Well said! There are better things to worry about than fun poked at you on a forum. Don't sweat the small stuff.
I think I hear hear Peggy Lee in the background?? "I'm sorry, soooo sorrrryyyy"

What’s next Travis? …. the part where you fall on your sword.

Give me a break!

You come on here “talking the talk” you got called out to “ walk the walk” and fell a bit short.

Listen Trav …. Rock (CBS) pretty much covered it. You need to lighten up a bit.

Your taking this stuff waaay to serious …..This stuff is intended all in fun and nothing more.

You left the door open with your comment and a few of us took a shot ………Big Deal! ….get over it!

I’m sure you’re a fine racer and a good guy and I think you car looks killer.

Maybe one day we can sit down and have a cocktail if the opportunity arises.

But remember when you come on here and say your a “ Heavy Hitter” the folks are either going to know who you are….. or there going to do a little searching around just to verify your claim.

Did you have a bad year?

I’ll take your word that you did.

Did you go .0004 red who hasn’t?

Hell I’ve lost in the final round with a 9.8845 to a 9.8847 double break or as the say in S/Class racing BRAKE out ! ...who gives a rats azz? my win light didnt come on and that is the reality of S/Class racing.

It would be nice if you hung around here at "Class Racer" because ever member here including you has something of value to add to the mix. If you decide to bail out,we all lose.

But again for you to say you’re a “Heavy Hitter”?... the facts don’t lie, and that isn’t a “Slam” on you…….. It’s just that’s the facts are facts.

It would kind of like saying that B’Mac and myself are “Heavy Hitter wieight loss case studies ” for “ Jenny Craig” the scales don’t lie.

Travis you need to loosen up that grip on your groin a bit let the blood get flowing to the big head again and come to your senses…..tell me to and whoever else kiss your whatever? and stay involved here and have some fun.

Nuff said…….was it a little ruff?…….sure!.....we were just busting your balz dude….suck it up.

Ps: Trav if you find it tough here and do decide to bail out I’ll give you some sage advice.

Whatever you do don’t over to “Yellowbullet.com”and tell them you’re a “Heavy Hitter”

Trust Me……just Trust Me on that.
