thats a nice looking 69 mustang running SS/F? who built it? From my view looks like a funny car type cage?

Larry,,,Check out the wall on the other side of Barton's car in other photos. If you're talking about what "looks" like a hose or something is actually part of the graphic ad painted on the wall off the passenger side of that lane. At least I hope thats what you're talking about,,,,take care.

The SS/F mustang was driven by Rich Allen.
This is the same mustang that was at the Maple Grove dutch classic last fall and was driven by Gary Wisecarver. The car also has "wisecarver race car" stickers on it. I believe he might have had something to do with the construction of it.... just guessing.

Geerhead 55 the picture I was curious about is the first one in post #3 Barton and the Mustang, the back ground for the photo is the track not the BG logo on the wall. In the picture with the wheels in the air something is still seen in the white part of the G in the BG logo. That car is always neat and clean as piece of "PAPER".

Looks like a plug, same on the Dart as they plug in front and back so it must be for the pump or fan.
