I can't believe actually having to make a QUALIFYING pass in a qualified field is too much to expect !
They must think there is a benefit of being at the bottom of the qualifying list ? |

There are quite a few that like to go bracket racing on Saturday then show up Sunday morning... Like Mr. Beard and Richard Alford for example.

Ive only done this once a few years ago, my son had a ball game, I missed the 2 qualifing sessions but can the combo Saturday night with no time run. So I got 3 runs in the Saturday night combo race then raced on Sunday. With this option I miss the race.

I missed Coastal Plains last week because of a Saturday bracket points race that I had to attend. Having never been to Coastal Plains, I couldn't justify the expense while "flying blind" (I at least had data on Kinston from past years). If Coastal Plains had a Sunday qualifying run, I would've gone. I think some of the smaller car-count races could have a Sunday time trial. My personal opinion only,
