I'm sure not a person would gotten there money back by leaving early. That is a big shame and a sham by not letting more people enter the race that was completey rained out the first time. If NHRA was smart they would let people enter. It might boost the entrys to both races by a bunch. Maybe they will reconsider...

I wouldn't just assume the fields will be closed - evreyone knows how rumors fly around during bad weather - I don't believe there has been any official word - maybe (hopefully) there will be something of an official nature posted on the D-1 website this week. I think it would make sense to open the fields up to additional entries. What ever happened to scheduling in a rain date?

When Tim Bishop pulled into the pits, Wayne Totaro and I almost went into cardiac arrest! It can't be Tim Bishop, "The Farmer", Mr. John Deere, it can't be.......but it was. Just hope it wont' be another two years before there's another "Farmer" sighting. The Ol' F-Bomber made a good pass in the 2nd session.

The ladders are not on DRC. I usually get one, but, I was pitted way up the road. I would be appreciated if someone could post them. Thanks. Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers. Fortunately my father is alive and well at 83.
