I left the keys in the car again..
You would think I would have learned from 2007 when I left the keys in it and Lee Zane stole it. Lets hope my boy can go all the way, Then I will never get it back..Like Alan says'" All that car needed is a DRIVER"!!! See you soon Steff

To get back on the topic of this thread,I race in F/SA with a 1970 442 Convertible at 3950 pounds.
Just for kicks,I went to one of those online horsepower calculators, and tried to figure out how much horsepower I would need to run 10.87,which is what the F/SA class winner ran in the class final. These were the results: Horsepower Results - 1/4 Mile Method Your 442 weighs about 3950 pounds and can complete a 1/4 mile in about 10.87 seconds. That means that you've got about 607.85 HP at the wheels, and about 790.20 HP at the flywheel. I don't know much about the 340,but how much horsepower and weight are they running? |
