Evan Smith - our SRAC guy who not only moved from New Jersey to Florida but slowly is becoming one of "Busters Rebels" .He cut his racing teeth here .
Ray Valpreda - He too moved from New Jersey and went to Charlotte -- and then started racing with that 'other' organization .This will probably be the first points meet at E-town in more than 35 years he has missed .
Marc LaBreque -- His company (Diamond RV) has been very busy lately and is strapped to his desk -- we'll give him a pass on this one .
Al Mark -- He heard there was rain the Englishtown's future and decided not to get his new motorhome dirty -- no pass here .
Wayne Totaro -- Saving his good stuff for a race with the other guys next weekend in Maryland --no pass here .
Jerry McNeish -- Off at a car show in New Mexico -- part work related so we gave him a pass .
Gary Parker -- He's in Nebraska ( or somewhere out there ) 'honeymooning' with his new sweetheart-- ain't love grand ? No pass here for sure ..........He'll be back ! ! !

You folks can just jump in with your friends who aren't coming as we'll have nothing but time on our hands for the next 12 or 24 hours ........hopefully we can talk about racing one of these days .Later......

Jack,you wont have me to beat up on this weekend.Unless you want to beat me up in the pits.I'm a spectator only this weekend.If I sit on the front porch I can hear Manzo setting low ET.

If you were planning on coming in today make sure to bring along these items -- umbrella , rain suit , galoshes , and some weight bars( to put in your pockets ) as its pretty windy this morning .We've had some rain and some serious storms this season but this is bad -- and just plain wrong ! On your way in better stop at the bodega and get extra stuff to feed all your friends that will be dropping over to mooch-- after that stop at the beer joint 'cause you 'll be needin' more - can't see any way we'll be goin' down the track today so you might as well drown your sorrow -- and get the good stuff as your can afford it because look at all the money you'll save today not racing .

Unk -- it ain't me buddy -- like they say " I'm just the messenger " .You however, when on the mic - thats another story .

Ed -- how in the world could you not be racing -- we're a mile from your house .

After a shower ( for me ) I'm going out to see whats happening -- later ..............

Hey Denny, it's Bill. I got back from Indy on Tuesday and this coming Tuesday my wife and I are leaving for the race in Charlotte, NC. I hope that you and your mom are doing well!

Keep the photos coming and get some of the Brew Crew if you can. This is the first time I'm missing the D1 E-Town race since 1989. It's sunny and 85 here in Tampa, but I'd rather be sitting in the rain with you guys. Let's all remember 9/11 today. Good luck to everyone racing.

Sue - Late tomorrow morning looks much better than today -- National Weather Service has issued Tornado watches for Noon today in area counties up the Eastern Coast .

Evan - Surely 9/11 is on most of our minds today -- I can remember exactly where I was when the first news came .BTW , we'll miss your presence too .
