Just walked in the door from a long travel day back from Clovis, NM. White knuckle plane rides today. Lot's of weather issues in TX.

Sunday is finally here and all that bad JuJu is gone ! ! I"ve all but given up on my new career as a meteoroligist - way too many ups and downs - you folks will have to come to your own weather conclusions - the beating this messenger got has been harsh but fun none the less .Today is supposed to be in the low eighties and partly cloudy ---yippeeeeeee .

Here it is only 7:30 and people are already walking around - a very good sign considering we have a 10am starting of engines with S/S more than likely going out first .As for Stockers because we had RD1 yesterday I'm sure we're not going out early . As for me personally it feels good that its Sunday and RD 2 and I'm still in -- as most of you know its a great feeling ! ! ! Later .......

Billy Liber,

I think I have two 1968 Z28 engine blocks and they are late production MO blocks. Thinking that I have a July block. I have never seen an August dated block as this is when the plants were retooling for the next model year. Call me anytime. 410-781-0418. I'll check on Monday.

First of all I gotta tell you its not me today -- not many posts because of Verizon's terrible service here -- sometimes you try and try many times before I could get on on .

Now , on to racing -- Stock and S/S both got a round in and boy did it get slow -- most went .07 to .12 slower -- I spoke with some super class racers and their in the same boat .

Onward ................

Opps -- Almost forgot -- its me and 'lil Jeanie this round............
