Lou was a regular at Dover and one of THE Mopar masters ....always there to help a fellow racer and go the extra mile , a quarter mile at a time , to get the job done. Our sincere condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed and we will dedicate our Nostalgia Drags Oct 18 at Island To him and his memory ................Dino and all the "Dover Guys"
