I put mine on the bottom hole and it seemed to 60ft better but again all cars are different. Mine came "preset" on the upper hole. If you look at all the GM cars on the website they are all on the bottom hole and they are all on the bumper.
 1/4 turn preload and setting #1 on the shocks...hooks everywhere even on marginal track.
