Unk,I have run the 350-295 for a long time.
Great engine tranny combo for race day(very consistant). You have to spend alot of time and money to get it to qualify @ Indy. Not to say you cant but you must spend the money right the first time. If you want to go consistantly 1.15 under I wouldn't go with a 350 or 327. 350 vs. 327 it's a wash. If you want to talk more about this you can call me. 396-325 should be a decent combo in D/SA,usually not "a ton of cars" in D

Now THAT engine would probably need a little freshening,,,,,,, although I am fairly sure that the block is well seasoned by now :-)
