The AHFS will impact very few combinations with the new indexs. The HP committees job just got alot easier.
The new Mustangs and Mopars will most likely never see an adjustment. The proper way to adjust horsepower ratings is to take the average under the index runs of each car/engine combination and average them against each other. Example: car/engine average for combination X = .95 under index car/engine average for combination Y = .75 under index The HP needs to be adjusted for up (raised) for combination X or lowered (decreased) for combination Y.
