Its the form/forms the manufacturers submit with with all the data on the shipping weight, wheelbase, engine blueprint info and HP per manufacturer.

If the mfg didn't submit the data in the day, then that why its not in the guide. Who has the data needed, and the time to do it, will be the challenge in todays car industry world. What are you looking to have added?
