It's a sad day in the racing community. The pits won't be the same without The Shoe. Our hearts and prayers go out to Tracey and the rest of the family.

First of all Tracey we are very sorry for your loss. This is a very sad day for sportsman drag racing, I have seen countless times over the years where Jim put the "sportsman" in drag racing. He will be missed by all. RIP Buddy

Very saddened to hear about Jim. Always upbeat and positive, always in a good mood, never said a bad word about anyone, and probably the friendliest individual you'd ever come across at the races. He will be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
