Here are a few "Spy Photos" of the rebuild process!

This is right after the crash.

As it turned out every piece of sheet metal was damaged. However, the frame was mostly in tact. I turned to Gary Smith of Legends Motor car, an awesome old school body guy here in Placerville California. He said we can fix it. So the first thing we did was cut the cage out and get it on a laser frame straightening machine. It turned out to be 1" up and 1" over in the front and a 1/4" out in the rear. Those laser machines are amazing a few pulls here and there and a few crackle & pops and the car was perfectly square in the front and within 1mm in the rear.

So the next step was to cut the roof and quarters off the car and start the rebuild.....

Roll Cages and Wheel tubs are easy to install without the roof or quaterpanels on the car!

Gary hand worked the trunk lid and hand rolled and streched the new replacement quarter panels. All the new sheet metal parts were supplied by Steves Camaros of San Bruno, Ca. Thank You Steve.

No bondo or welding here.
