Well Guys and Gals, i am back home and resting, thanks for your thought and Prayers, i came thru another procedure. 2 More Stents and a good cleaning out of one Artery and the Heart is back to Functioning as new again, well almost, if you can consider a Quadruple By-Pass in 1998 and now 12 Stents later, being new, well it feels new to me. I will say this as i have said many times before, each time i have this Heart Procedure done, it takes a toll on me. This Time was a little worst on my Kidneys than the previous time last year. The Dr. worked on my Heart for 2 1/2 Hours therefore the Dye along with some of my Diabetes medecine didn't seem to like each other. Thanks to the fast acting of my Hospital Doctors and Nurses along with my Heart Doctor, and an extra night in the Hospital, my Kidneys came back around. My Thanks go's out to them along with the Help of the Dear Lord, i sould have a great and speedy recovery. Again, i want to Thank each and every one of you for your thoughts and Prayers and your kind words, it was really a thrill for me to read them. May God Bless each and every one of you and maybe some day i will get to thank each of you in person! Woodro and Linda

Wow.....Woodrow, I didn't realize you've had so much previous work done on that motor in your chest.....Glad to hear you're home and feeling better. Believe I met you a few years back at a IHRA Nat. event weekend at Epping, or maybe a Super Chevy event up there....Could that be correct? Best wishes....WJ

Hey Woodro;

This is Dan Fahey, I do not know if you remember me..
You built a 350/255 Stocker engine that got my 69 Impala competitve.
That was back in 19 oh 82

Managed to win my first and only Moroso Points meet at Moroso in Feburary 83.
Later that year my wife smiled and said we were having a baby.
So the racing career was limited yet life was still exciting.

Stephanie is now 26, Brandon 24 both successfuly launched in careers.
and
a new daughter Christina 13.
Christina is our travel soccer queen.
I have Coached and now Refing Soccer.

FWIW I still have the 69 Impala which going through a complete restoration for Stock.
In the meantime will be racing a 95 Impala SS for Pure Stock.

Woodroo you are a legend as big a Don Garlits.
AND
a heart that goes with that huge territory.

Now you have been re-Ported, Stroked, Relieved and Bored.

Please get well!

Hope to see you at the races again..
AND
thank you for building one heck of a great engine.

Sincerely,
Dan Fahey
