Hmmmm, will the snowmobile, motorcycle and ATV classes ever be over run with entrants? I doubt it; you could combine them and probably not get close to the Super category numbers. So, how much time would they take up?

WJ was a racer before you were in diapers!.........However ,WJ, .90 racers don't seem to comment negativly about S/SS cars on their forum, and the post is about why we need snowmobiles at races that are already hard pressed to be compleated. .............I like the sleds ,I like motorcycles, but we don't have room or time for them...........We all know Super Gas [ALWAYS LAST] ...are the ones to loose when time runs short............... Mabe 1700 Camaro [BTW do you have a name?] can correct me, but I'm willing to bet the only reason they are racing at Div. races is their organization put up money to be there. .....Lets not forget ,it's all about revenue with NHRA , both at the Nat and Div. level. ......NHRA puts revenue expectations on it's Div. Directors..............Tom

As for the IHRA National Event in Rockingham, NC. It was 2 of us doing exhibition runs for IHRA. I was already back East for a big quad race and I Volunteered. No money was paid for that deal either. I didn't start this thread, but thought I would provide a little education on the subject. I'm a .90 class racer and there's no hate here. ![]() Bryan |

Tom, I have always loved the Super Gas cars.......just not a fan of the throttle stop racing. Have been friends w/ the Sawyers for years.....I'd like to see the SG cars run w/out the stops again.... Best wishes. Warren Lederer WJ
