According to their website the cancellation is due to unstable weather patterns in Texas and surrounding states. Sounds to me their trying to be responsible and make the best decision for all parties concerned including racers. Go to the AHRA site and checkout what they went thru to run the Nitro Showdown race they just completed. I probably would have done the same thing.
