Most lock-up 904's would have the low gear set, depends on the year. Not sure how to ID, but this old forum thread could offer some clues to the years.

Copy and paste. Look at the sun gear all the way on the left. It has a indented boss or ring around the top of it. The non low gear doesn't have the ring. I think if you remove the valve body you can see this . Old 80s police cars 360-318 had them check the bone yard for it. Also old cop cars also turned into taxi cabs so check there too. Hope this helps.
