"There are no stupid questions, just stupid people asking questions." I would have him trace the lines. The line lock should lock the brakes only after pressure is applied also. Using the button alone should not lock the brakes. Also, I doubt the brakes are OEM so I would sure trace the lines.

The front are OEM! 4-lug & all!! however the rear??? 12 bolt with 9" axles & bolt pat ?
