Good information. I once had this happen with a book of the month club. I didn't order any books but they kept sending me and billing me for books. After many attempts to tell them they made a mistake and to stop sending me the books they threatened to sue. Long story short, I won. They paid me for mental anguish and my attorney fees.
You can also have your credit card company refuse payment to them. Jim

I knew a guy that got PO'd at somebody. So he went to his local newstand and ripped out the postage paid subscription cards from EVERY magazine and signed up the guy. Can you imagine the butt ache he caused?

uspo says if it was mailed to you at your correct address and you did not order it you can keep it free....
