Oh, cool. They're going to focus on the international market, and make Chevrolet more European. That'll work out real well, like making U.S. cars more European has worked well in the past.

Good business plan, abandon your current customers in hopes of attracting new customers you can't be sure will buy, and spend billions of dollars doing it.

Ah, the genius of Government Motors. Just when GM fans thought that GM management couldn't get worse, the government shows up to prove them wrong.
