At approx 5:37 CDT while watching the Bristol races they had his run on Split screen..(3 other cars) in car camera, lower left of the screen.Looked to me like he released the button, ripped the blinder off..... blinder went to the right as he reached for the shifter.
I have no idea what the button is, but he came off and the car moved....instantly
Anyone see the same thing?

I think Drooze let the cat out of the bag with that last post..I believe where there is a will there is a way and yes you can do a wire with a delay in signal. Don't take my word for it, ask a pro sportsman racer...not saying they are but I do believe even from the foot pedal it has been done. NHRA may never have the patience to check this out..Lots of man hours that takes away from there executives pay...lol

You guy's forgot that this is Stock Elim ! Trans brakes are not ALLOWED ! How dumb of me to think he may have forgotten this was not his SS car ! John
