Thumbs up Re: Live from Lebanon Valley-NHRA Lucas Oil Series

Totally disagree ..... for once it did not rain ... if it wasn't dusty, there would be something else to cry about .. was far as track conditions starting line was great ... almost No bald spots ... and the concrete pad was a little bumpy but no worst than any other track that is 15 years old , and down track is pretty smooth , maybe it's time to up date your car ???? i have a car with no suspenion and had no problem going down track . It was great to see new paving in the staging lanes and to the back pits after the flood swiped out that area. New sand trap and net installed . I don't race there often but have seen many improvements this year . After looking back at this past weekend it was a great event and look foward to returning .

Track seemed fine to me as far as racing conditions, I spun once due to excessive RPMS off the line. they kept things moving along, without any debacle like events(remember Atco), and the circletrack action followed by the fireworks were pretty nice from the starting line vista. Was my first LV divisional. Its a fast track. No air conditioned bathrooms like MIR, but how many tracks have that!

Bryan is correct. Saturday afternoon and Sunday were just horrible track conditions. I was fine with the Stocker but I'm 3500 pounds and can hook that car on ice. Other Stockers were not as lucky. Frankie Aragona's Super Stocker spun llike crazy first round just like a lot of the other S/S cars I watched and he was "detuned" for track conditions. It was horrible in the Comp car on Sat and Sun also. Also one of bumpiest tracks I have ever been down including the shut down area. Someone said they ground the track this year, well I don't know what the hell they ground cause it was as bad as ever. On the plus side, the weather was nice and the traffic going up and back was not bad at all. I also give an A+ to the frech fries and chicken wings. LOL.
