If your just bracket racing you dont have to have a highly modified Trans, To answer your question what is it worth, I put my stocker 727(built by my shop APT) in place of a bracket race 727 also built by my shop and went 3 tenths faster and about 2.5 mph. Thats about 1$ per tenth. If you want the best converter for the money get the ATI.
