Tony I'm a realist. We did way more than our share of winning years ago. I'm not intimidated by Fletcher, Biondo or anyone.
BUT I race about 6 to 10 times a year A lot of people race more than that in a month.
Years ago we raced wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Saturday night, and Sunday. Everywhere you went they had a stock/superstock race.
That is no longer possible. Where I live now the closest track (1/8 mile outlaw) 75 miles from home, Only opens every other week.
Without seat time you need to be lucky, real lucky. While I know it's possible. And I never expect to lose. If I do I don't get upset (unless i made a stupid mistake more than once).

Jeff, I wish you would tell us. I'd love to know what NHRA really had in mind? It would give us the opportunity to both show our appreciation for your hard work, and at the same time know where we stand and what to look out for.

Jeff if for some reason I get the brake working. and put the other parts on the car. And if I go to Belle Rose next year. how about we run index to index. With the clocks off.

Okay thanks. When the new div 2 director (seems to be a good guuy by the way) told me the commitee did it. I thought they meant our representitives Glad I got that straight.

It was probably a 1.10 under immediate hit that would have matched the old 1.40 under hit. Somebody beat it back to 1.20 under. That move alone prolonged all the new cars getting the horsepower closer to where they need to be plus a few older cars that needed the hit anyway.

Actually I dont know why it posted like its some BIG SECRET!! but NHRA wanted a
CIC type Index system like Comp the only other option the SRAC had PERIOD......
