I like comp also but its a numbers game (entries =$$$$). How many show up compaired to the .90 classes or any of the other eliminators depending on the area of the country. .

Yeah that is kind of strange. The Gators was always a big deal for stock and S/S. I guess they are just trying to cut back on the tech load?

I would say that 2011 could be a defining year for sportsman racers. Will they support a sportsman association in the future and IHRA as they seem to want to do right by the sportsman racers. Or will you (the racers) continue to be kicked in the ***/teeth by NHRA's lack of interest in the little guy with such acts as the bogus HP ratings assigned to the new combos and the constant dropping of catagories from race to race. Lower quotas to make room for more circus acts and the almost toal lack of class run offs for the Stock and S/S racers. Will YOU keep supporting this just to win a "Wally"? Isnt it time to start thinking about what is best for the sportsman racers as a whole instead of just yourself ? The face and structure of sportsman racing is changing even if you like it or not.

Why add TD/TS to nationals? No disrespect to those racers but isn't the schedule packed already? I enjoy those classes at the dutch but that is a specially race. Are we going to finish englishtown on what wednesday now. Nhra get you stuff straight before your tear the house down like nascar look at the stands at some of those races this year.

Usually Rain's most years and might have to move those racers to Orlando so they would need 2 tech crews
