Can someone who is knowledgable about the crossed-flags emblem tell me why I remember seeing them on the car in two places, please? Seems like the Black Widows had them on the back fender, up high, and the street cars I saw, had them on the front fender, about 8" below the top of the fender, just ahead of the door opening.
Am I dreaming????-

Bill;
The Black Widows were based on the 150 model, which had the fuel injection flags and script on the rear quarter. The 210 and BelAir models had the emblems on the front fender. Lynn; It'd make a cool SS/GT, and then the Camaro owners would have an aero advantage over someone else in the class like the Cobalts do now! LOL |

What if you bought a 283 horsepower 150 2-door sedan? It's not a Black Widow, so where do the flags go? I appreciate your reponse!

Bill;
If it had fuel injection, the emblems would be in the same place on a regular 150 model as they were on the Black Widows. Glad to help. Jeff |
