I like that concept in voting, sounds fair. Chad, This happens in all forms of business today. If you see someone with good sensible ideas and the leaders turn the other way, be leary. It usually means they recognize someone smarter than they are and they feel threatened. They will turn 180 degrees to keep everybody from seeing what could be and keep themselves in power. Sometimes they will do everything they can to eliminate that "sensible" person. Viscious.
