There are a lot of variables between tires - compounds, construction techniques, etc.
When I bracket raced, I also "painted" the insides of the Phoenix tires I used back then with dishwashing soap because of varying air loss. Started with the Hoosier radials also in Stock but found out they didn't need it after I started getting them mounted at the races.

My 3-piece Holeshot wheels are silicone sealed from the manufacturer. But also check the metal valve stem seals and shraeder (spelling?) valves periodically.
