Well, if my minimum for the next heavier class is 3500 pounds and I get on the scale and I weigh 3500, I am
not heavier than the minimum for the next heavier class, correct?
You either need to change the rule to say you must weigh
less than the next heavier class or allow people to weigh right on the minimum of the next heavier class.
