Well if you don't go because it may rain, then you find out there runnin, your pissed! so you make the trip and take the odds. if it does happen rain you huddle with all your freinds under some ones awning, have multiple cocktails! or the beverage of your choice and tell stories to kill the time. this time of year in the great N.W. is just how it is. See ya up there.

That is a good point regarding sitting with friends in the rain when racing is not possible. The northwest racers definitely make the best of it when that is the case.
For me Spokane is a go rain or not. It has been eighteen years since I last raced a divisional and I just can't wait any longer. Allan |

I agree with Jim,,, if you're going to get rained out, get it at the track, not your home. Last weekend, my wife called to ask how bad the rain was, since it was pouring at the house, and I told her we were in the staging lanes ready to run at Bremerton, only 30 minutes away.
However, if I had a real long tow, I'd think long and hard about it. I'm only 3 hours away from Mission, so you know I'll be going,,, no dog in the fight, but love to watch you guys (and gals) do your thing. Danny Durham |

On tonights local news hour, the weather forecast for Sat calls for a possibilty of light intermitent showers, and Sundays supposed to be nice. Time will tell.Like Jim said, I`d rather be bench racing in the rain than at work anyhow!

Weather here changes by the hour and it depends what station you are looking at. Here's what the track uses.
