2009 Bracket Finals, I came down with the flu on Thursday of the event. I was miserable. Took a bunch of over DayQuil or something along those lines. I've had a lot of caffiene during a race (soda), or not (Gatorade G2, or nothing), and I don't notice any difference in R/T's. 'Course I'm always running at different tracks with different rollouts, so I'm constantly adapting to whatever's thrown my way anyway. Maybe I'm compensating and not noticing.
